

About me.
I'm a certified holistic chef specializing in nourishing, health-centered cuisine and specialty diets that support mind–body wellness.
I trained at Bauman College, a Berkeley-based program rooted in the therapeutic use of food, whole-food cooking, and sustainable sourcing.
For the past two years, I've been part of the team at Sweet Amalia Market + Kitchen (named one of NJ’s best by The New York Times), and I continue to create mindful, restorative meals for personal chef services, private events, and wellness retreats.
